Facility Coordinator

Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Facilities Services Coordinator to join our team.   • Provides support for local office administration, including Facilities, HR and Finance;
  • Supports local office buildings with facilities support including supplies ordering & control; vendor coordination; and regular visual inspections of building conditions;
  • Coordinate administrative services including mail distribution, shipping and receiving, and front line office support including reception;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service vendors and landlords to ensure efficient maintenance of building and grounds;
  • Under supervision, responsible for coordination of all health and safety procedures for local offices;
  • Serving the phone and dealing with enquiries and messages;
  • Provide support of facility renovation/improvement/relocation projects for local offices.
  • Under supervision, responsible for maintance of the technical installations and small technical interventions
  • Support facilities management with desk and office assignment
  • Provide reporting and info for country budget planning for facilities related costs
  • Use internal facility management software to manage planned and reactive maintance tasks
  • Assist the facility manager in the daily facility management of three different buildings in Heverlee
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Facilities, Offices Services Support role;
  • Health and Safety experience desirable;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Fluent English, French and local language.
  • experience with technical installations preferred.
