Facility and Real Estate Development Manager

Function
Working as Facility and Real Estate Development Manager at CBRE is an opportunity to have an impact on the transformation of the workplace solutions of our customers.
Because of your technical solutions, companies will reduce their costs and will be able to work a lot easier and faster in a more professional way.
  • You will work out complex issues for our clients across sectors on a conceptual and technical level
  • You will challenge and verify the customer's wishes
  • You will actively and creatively participate in the definition of new solutions and products
  • You will be working closely with partners and product suppliers
  • You will prepare and develop quotations - presales
  • You will, if necessary, consult with other product specialists for the parts where the technical needs of the customer exceed your own knowledge, teamwork is key!
In your function, you will report to the Sales and Business Development Manager.

Are you analytical and solution focussed with a talent for identifying and analysing the needs and wishes of the customer?
Do you like to contribute in an active and creative way to define new solutions and products?

Profile
  • You have a master degree
  • You have at least 5 years experience as Project Manager, Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
  • Experience in the service sector is a plus
  • You are 'service minded' and think about the needs of the customer
  • You can work out creative (technical) solutions and make estimates on technical and financial level
  • You are communicative and commercial and uses these skills to both clients and team members
  • You are analytically strong and accurate and structured
  • You have a good knowledge MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Driving License B
