Directly supporting and reporting into the Head of Occupier Advisory, you will be responsible for connecting our knowledge and experience across our network of experts, in order to help our clients find the best result. You will help advise on fit out projects, finding the right property and general real estate consultancy.

  • Business Development to expand our client database
  • Analyse clients’ business environment and propose real estate strategies supporting their core business;
  • Conduct stay or leave analysis and lease (re)-negotiations;
  • Select the appropriate buildings, in line with the clients requirements;
  • Work together with your colleagues, from other departments to offer an integrated approach to clients
  • Internal stakeholder engagement

Candidate Profile

In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:
  • Relevant Degree: economist, civil/industrial/commercial engineer, architect, lawyer;
  • Preferably have 5 years of experience in commercial office real estate;
  • Possesses the ability to handle the management and steering of several projects;
  • Be accurate and result oriented;
  • A creative and communicative team player;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Have a good combination of analytical skills and a sound commercial and deal making approach;
  • A strong knowledge of the Belgian Real Estate market trends, practices and market players
