The Facilities Coordinator will be the principal contact on site for the EMEA Facilities Management in the GCL and CRO building in Brussels.
  • Perform general facility support tasks, such as building security, mail sorting and distribution, furniture and equipment moves, and conference room set up.
  • Anticipate and respond to building or equipment maintenance tasks including the completion of work requests, scheduled routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with the ordering of supplies and manage inventories.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and Facilities management.
  • Carry out set Facilities project work as required.
  • Perform document Storage in line with GCL procedures.
  • Support reception duties, including switchboard and meet and greet visitors.
  • Provide support with health and safety issues.
  • Assist in the space planning and move management for the office. Education And Experience
