We are expanding our advisory team with a “junior facility & workplace consultant”. This position offers the unique opportunity to gradually develop into a consultant, taking the lead in a variety of facility and workplace projects for our clients.

As Junior Facility & Workplace consultant, you will become part of our advisory team, where you will be trained & coached to gradually manage local & international (soft) facility projects.

As our clients are in a variety of industries , our projects are diverse in content, scope and purpose. As such you will participate in or lead projects focusing on workplace, facility optimization, design & new way of working, activity-based working, or consulting and optimization of our client’s facility organization & processes.

In this role, you will be exposed to planning, client communication & advise, training, supervising, budget, reporting, coordination, and a to z project management.

  • A higher degree in Facility management or Real Estate, (interior) architecture or equivalent by experience
  • Relevant experience in workplace management or facility project management, and/or interior design
  • Experience in Activity Based Working/New way of working is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and face to face customer engagement skills
  • Fluent oral and written communication in Dutch and English. Other languages are an asset
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx 10%)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power-Point)
  • A flexible, dynamic and positive mindset
