This position contributes to the success of PepsiCo Zeebrugge by owning the plant's utilities, facilities and maintenance program.
  • Owner of the plants Utilities & Facilities maintenance program including the operational, technical & financial (budget, contracts,…) management. You are responsible for the management of the preventive (PM plan) and corrective maintenance plan of all utility and facility equipment
  • You are the key person for Utilities, Facilities and Maintenance with internal and external communication and are leading a team of multiple technicians (3 HC)
  • You act as key person between different department (quality, maintenance preparation, plant management, central technical services, operations, finance,…). You need to align with these departments on multiple topics (overhaul, technical interventions, capital projects execution,…)...
