YOUR ROLE

This interesting role offers the unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers. The objectives of this position are to enhance the organization’s market position, drive business development, identify business opportunities, and showcase the wide offering in advisory services ( Workplace and Facility Management with a focus on Soft and hard services : technical maintenance, energy, catering, cleaning, …).

You will be supported by a team of experienced domain advisors who are seasoned experts in their respective domains.

In this senior sales position you will have the opportunity to define long-term organizational strategic goals and to achieve financial growth.
As such you build key customer relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate and close business deals (with the help of domain experts), while maintaining extensive knowledge of current Workplace and Facility Management market conditions. You help drive innovation in sales offerings, and you participate in marketing activities.
Finally, you are responsible to work with the internal advisory and sales team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take ownership for business development
  • Contribute actively to identify and develop the organization’s unique selling propositions and differentiators, using knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Gain insight in and get familiar with the MCS portfolio services and software
  • Identify, develop new business prospects
  • Create innovative , customized sales offers in collaboration with the domain experts
  • Meet / exceed targets
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the sales targets
  • Engage in account management
  • Your main target area will be the Belgian market (private and public organizations)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record in sales/business development in soft- and hard services
  • Experience in Workplace and Facility Management is a plus
  • Relevant network will be validated as an important plus
  • Excellent communication & presentation
  • Quality focused, while remaining efficient
  • Planning & organization skills , prioritization and stress management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, other relevant software knowledge is a plus
  • Creative and result oriented problem solver
  • Determined, engaged , comitted to deliver
  • Dynamic, charismatic and credible personality
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent command of Dutch, French and English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
